Javeri.ae Gift Cards are only redeemable on Javeri.ae. Acceptance of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may change at any time.
GIFT CARDS LIMITATIONS
Gift cards are activated immediately once the recipient has received the code and they do not expire.
You may not use a Gift Card to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards that have not been used yet may not be transferred.

Gift Cards are subject to Javeri.ae Privacy Policy.
RISK OF LOSS
Ownership and risk of loss of Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

HOW TO REDEEM
Enter the code on your Gift Card during checkout and the total of the card will be deducted from your order as payment.
Multiple Gift Cards may be used for an order.
Please Note:
If the total order amount exceeds your gift card, you will need to pay the outstanding balance using a debit or credit card.
REASONS FOR FAILED DELIVERY OF ONLINE GIFT CARDS
Virtual Gift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient’s email address but the Online Gift Card has not been received, the possible reasons would be:
– Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
– Recipient’s firewall blocked the email
– Email inbox is over size limit
– Invalid email address

JAVERI.AE AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
