SHIPPING
- 1) We offer free standard shipping on orders above AED 400.
- Items are shipped out within 4 working days of placing the order.
- 2) Our shipping charges for orders which do not qualify for free shipping are as follows:
- Dubai & Sharjah: AED 15
- Abu Dhabi & N. Emirates: AED 30
- 3) Due to the high value of our products, an ID must be presented upon collecting the order
- 4) Customized products will be shipped out within 5-7 days.
- 5) Once our package is ready for shipment, we will send an email confirmation, which would also contain the images of the package. If you believe that your package was tampered with during transit, please notify us immediately.
RETURNS
Our products as classified as per below Return Categories:
– Category A: Gold and Silver Coins and Bullion
- Products under this category can be returned within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
- However, the refund amount will be 95% of the day’s rate, i.e. Weight * Gold / Silver Rate * 0.95.
- In case of any defects, 100% value will be refunded after thorough inspection of the returned products.
– Category B: Nose Pin, Customized jewelry including name necklace, customized coins, etc.
- Products under this category are non-returnable and can be returned within 7 days of receiving the delivery, only in case of manufacturing defects.
– Category C: Rest of the jewelry
- Products under this category can be returned within 7 days of receiving the delivery and the full amount will be refunded.

Incase a wrong item is sent, please notify us immediately so we can arrange to pick-up the shipment and process the refund.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 7 to 45 days depending on the bank.
CANCELLATIONS
Most orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after they are placed. Cancellation of orders containing Customized products shall not be accepted.
